Do I have to take tests in connection with my application?

If you wish to apply for a certificate of competence, you must take a general knowledge and skills test. This applies for all professions. The Dutch language is the most important part of the general knowledge and skills test. If you are a doctor, dentist or nurse, you must also take a professional knowledge test (BI-toets) after the general knowledge and skills test. You will find more information on this website.
