NOTE! During the NATO summit from 23 to 27 June, our counter for personal delivery of documents will be closed. For confirmation of a BIG registration (stamping) for health declarations, you can visit our location at Kloosterweg 22 in Heerlen.

Deliver in person
You can hand in your application for a recognition of a professional qualification or a certificate of competence in person. This can be done from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 12:30 at the address below:

You will receive a confirmation of receipt.
If the documents are not complete or if there are any questions, you will be notified in writing. We strongly recommend that you do not send any original documents. If you still want to send an original document, this is at your own risk. We do not return the originals by post, but you will have to collect them yourself at our request.
We try our best to provide you with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can submit a complaint [in Dutch but you can write your message in English]. The 'BIG-register' is part of CIBG.
